The company was formed in 2006 to develop and commercialise the pioneering technology of its Founders ably assisted by Professor Doug Greenhalgh at Cranfield University – a world-leading expert in combustion chemistry and technology.

Professor Greenhalgh, together with the Founders, put together an unrivalled Research and Development team whose goal was to transform the fuelling of diesel engines (the world’s most efficient power train) from diesel to cleaner, greener and cheaper fuels, within the context of the current infrastructure.

G-volution has had great success to date both in terms of winning awards, securing grant income and obtaining investment. G-volution has continued to grow early sales of the product in the UK and now in countries around Europe through its partners.

The company is now expanding into collaborations with OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers in Europe and the USA.

The company is also expanding into new markets.

G-volution is a world leader in multi-fuel technology, enabling diesel engines to co-combust multiple fuels.

This includes Natural Gas, Propane (LPG), ethanol and other fuels.
